The East Coast Grind publishes poker schedules, results, news and related information for general information. Nothing here is legal, financial or gambling advice.
We are not a casino, card room or gambling operator. You can't place bets or play for money on this site. Gambling is for adults 21+ (18+ at some rooms) where it's legal, and you're responsible for following the laws where you are. Gambling problem? Call 1-800-GAMBLER.
Schedules, buy-ins, guarantees and promotions change, sometimes without notice. We work from official casino pages and public sources, but we can't guarantee that anything here is complete, current or error-free. Always confirm with the card room or operator before you travel or play. The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
Results and player pages show public tournament records (names, finishes and prizes) as published by casinos, tournament organizers and poker media, with a link to each source. Figures cover only the events we track and aren't lifetime totals.
If something is wrong, or you want your name removed, email [email protected] or use the "Request a correction or removal" link on any player or results page. For removal requests, we'll ask you to confirm your identity so no one can remove or change another player's record. Once we've verified you, we'll correct or remove the entry, normally within 14 days.
The site doesn't accept accounts, comments or uploads yet. If we add them, extra rules will apply to what you post, including a license for us to display it, and we'll update these terms before those features launch.
Don't misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt or overload it, gain unauthorized access, or scrape it in bulk in a way that burdens our servers.
The site's design, text, logo and the name "The East Coast Grind" belong to us. Tournament facts aren't owned by anyone, but our selection, arrangement and writing are. You may share links and short quotes with credit; please don't copy whole pages or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you. Other names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.
We link to casinos, poker sites, news outlets and other third parties for convenience. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, offers or practices. Linking isn't an endorsement.
To the fullest extent the law allows, The East Coast Grind isn't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for any loss from relying on information on the site, including travel costs, buy-ins or gambling losses. If we are found liable for anything, our total liability is limited to $100.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
We may update these terms. The new version takes effect when it's posted here with a new effective date.
