Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect very little, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it anytime.

What we collect

• Newsletter email. If you subscribe, your email address is collected and stored by our newsletter provider, Beehiiv, along with basic delivery data such as opens and clicks. We use it only to send the newsletter.
• Basic site logs and analytics. Our site is served through Cloudflare, which processes standard request data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) to deliver the site, keep it secure and give us aggregate traffic counts. We don't build profiles of individual visitors.
• Email you send us. If you write to us, we keep your message and address so we can reply.

What we don't collect

• "Near me" location. If you tap "Near me", your browser shares your location with the page so it can sort rooms by distance. That happens entirely on your device. Your location is never stored or sent to us or anyone else.
• Zip code lookups. Zip searches run in your browser against a file on our site. What you type isn't sent to us or saved.
• No accounts, payments or sensitive personal data.

How we use it

To send the newsletter you asked for, run and protect the site, understand overall traffic, and answer your messages. That's it.

We don't sell your data

We don't sell, rent or share your personal information for advertising. If that ever changes, we'll update this policy first and give you a way to opt out.

• Beehiiv: newsletter signup forms and email delivery. See Beehiiv's privacy policy.
• Cloudflare: hosting, security and traffic analytics. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Our pages link to casinos, poker sites, news outlets and other websites. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave our site.

Cookies

We don't set advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie, and the embedded Beehiiv signup form may use its own cookies to process subscriptions. You can block or clear cookies in your browser; the site will still work.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe anytime with the link at the bottom of every newsletter.
• Email [email protected] to ask what we hold about you or to delete it. We'll respond within 30 days.

Adults only

This site covers gambling and is meant for adults 21 and older. It isn't directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. Significant changes will also be announced in the newsletter.
